Rushing out

They are burying the electric lines around our apartment and so internet access has been spotty.

Just a line to say that today the family is galloping off in all directions — the children and I to Vermont to the dentist, and DH to New Hampshire, to visit his father who is not well. I’m up early to feed the livestock, milk, water the sheep at Betty’s, pick up diesel in town for the excavator, and drop off my truck for inspection before we leave. My friend Mike will meet me at the station to give me a ride back in time to leave for Vermont at 8 AM. Tomorrow I should have a moment to update this blog.

It did rain all day yesterday, but — whaddaya gonna do? Leon just laughed off my concern and finished stumping the back anyway.  He is a very cheerful spirit. It is a blessing to have found him.
